This role involves handling client enquiries via telephone, completing the required application information and compiling the necessary documentation for subsidy applications. The specialist will also provide expert advice to clients on how to prepare the required information to secure subsidies, conduct client interviews via video call and communicate effectively with colleagues from partner companies.

In addition to these duties, the specialist will prepare detailed reports upon request from management and ensure that all information is submitted correctly and on time.

The successful candidate will have excellent language skills in German, French and English, enabling them to serve international clients and collaborate effectively with global colleagues. While a background in finance or customer service is an advantage, we place particular emphasis on a high level of accuracy, particularly in adhering to workflows and handling documents.
